The River Tummel is a perfect environment for a white water river tubing adventure. This Class 3/4 river has some great rapids that will provide plenty of thrills. There are a great selection of simple and more challenging rapids with nice sections of calm water after each one so there’s plenty of space and time to recover your tube (and dignity) if you’ve taken a swim on the way down! This popular activity runs from June to October and is a half day rafting trip on the River Tummel. This half-day rafting experience is suitable for those aged 16 and above. The Nae Limits Adventure Tubing trip will have you travelling down the stunning River Garry. You will find yourself in the famous Killicrankie gorge battling your instincts with a spot of cliff jumping or relaxing whilst you take in the adrenalin from the comfort of your tube. After the cliff jumpers have had their kicks the whole team will navigate the river using the skills explained by your guide. Take in the scenery or have a splash fight with your team to the end. Or hold on tight as you ride the rapids of the River Tummel on our White Water Tubing adventure. Expect to get wet and swim, not everyone will stay upright on this tight and technical section of the River Tummel. Finish your White Water Tubing trip off with some optional cliff jumping for a last hit of adrenalin. Water confidence is recommended as you will get wet, very wet! We travel back in time with a visit to the Highland Folk Museum, setting for Outlander, Mackenzie village scenes, before visiting Ruthven Barracks, built early 1700 and where jacobites regrouped following the battle of Culloden. We then travel to Loch an Eilein, with the water reflecting the magnificent pines and views of the ruined island castle. We will then drive to Cairngorm mountain car park and enjoy the views across the valley with opportunity for short walk and or enjoy a coffee. Stopping at Loch Morlich beach as we descend towards the village of Aviemore With time for a whisky tasting at the Snug / Gin Tasting, Kinrara / Cairngorm Brewery options Ending the day with sheep dog demonstration. This 4-Day tour will start from Glasgow. We will head to Inverness with a few stops along the way for photo opportunities including Loch Lomond and Glen Coe. Day 2 will start in Inverness, we will do some sightseeing on our way to the Isle of Skye including Culloden Battlefield, Clava Cairns, Eilean Donan Castle & more. Day 3 we will do some sightseeing on the Isle of Skye and visit Talisker Distillery & Dunvegan Castle. Day 4 we will leave the Isle of Skye and travel back to Glasgow with some stops along including Pitlochry & Stirling Castle. All days can be amended to your requirements.

A short woodland walk is next & takes us into Ossians Hall, a folly built by the 6th Duke of Athol that sits rather spectacularly on the Brann Falls. Leave an offering to the Green Man as travellers have done for hundreds of years for safe passage out of these ancient woods. Blair Athol castle & gardens are next, steeped in Jacobite history, visited by Mary Queen of Scots & a favourite of Queen Victoria, this spectacular Castle is great for lunch and exploring the woodland. We are off to the Queen's view, a favourite of Queens for hundreds of years and truly spectacular. Edradour Distillery tour awaits!
