River Tubing in Perthshire


The Nae Limits Adventure Tubing trip will have you travelling down the stunning River Garry. You will find yourself in the famous Killicrankie gorge battling your instincts with a spot of cliff jumping or relaxing whilst you take in the adrenalin from the comfort of your tube. After the cliff jumpers have had their kicks the whole team will navigate the river using the skills explained by your guide. Take in the scenery or have a splash fight with your team to the end. Or hold on tight as you ride the rapids of the River Tummel on our White Water Tubing adventure. Expect to get wet and swim, not everyone will stay upright on this tight and technical section of the River Tummel. Finish your White Water Tubing trip off with some optional cliff jumping for a last hit of adrenalin. Water confidence is recommended as you will get wet, very wet! If you’re looking to get an even bigger hit, join us on weekends during the months of June-September for the Dam release.

River Bugs are giant inflatable armchairs that allow our guests a great way to play on the river and have a river adventure unlike any other.

Highland and Lowland whisky tour – Half day from Edinburgh


The best way to spend a morning or afternoon while in Scotland is a whisky tour from Edinburgh to the Highlands and Lowlands of Scotland. Visit two distilleries from two separate whisky regions and returns to Edinburgh within around 4.5 hours. Learn from the local Highland and Lowland whisky experts and take a tour round one of our beautiful distilleries, then sample the water of life straight from the source! Two of the best distilleries from their respective regions. We depart Edinburgh at 8:30am, visit one Highland distillery and one Lowland distillery and join their tours or have some whisky samples and enjoy the surroundings of the Scottish highlands and Lowlands then drive back a different route to Edinburgh with a return around 1:45pm. One tour and one tasting at the first distillery and one distillery tasting at the second distillery. Some fantastic landmarks on the tour are the three bridges at Queensferry and the Kelpies near Falkirk.

We travel back in time with a visit to the Highland Folk Museum, setting for Outlander, Mackenzie village scenes, before visiting Ruthven Barracks, built early 1700 and where jacobites regrouped following the battle of Culloden. We then travel to Loch an Eilein, with the water reflecting the magnificent pines and views of the ruined island castle. We will then drive to Cairngorm mountain car park and enjoy the views across the valley with opportunity for short walk and or enjoy a coffee. Stopping at Loch Morlich beach as we descend towards the village of Aviemore With time for a whisky tasting at the Snug / Gin Tasting, Kinrara / Cairngorm Brewery options Ending the day with sheep dog demonstration.
