This trip takes you from the hotel to the south west of the island where you take a boat out in the Menai Bay conservation are to a sand bank where you snorkel and sunbathe and eat fresh fruits such as pineapple ,coconut,mango,water melon ,bananas and many more After this you get back on the boat and travel to an island, where the chefs are already hard work cooking up a fresh seafood BBQ feast for you. Leaving from Fumba, which is in the South East and still a very untouched and remote area in Zanzibar, guests will head on a trip in a traditional wooden dhow towards one of the three snorkeling stops to enjoy the unique underwater world of Zanzibar. Kwale Island is a great place to explore and climb an ancient baobab tree, which fell down hundreds of years ago but still stands tall. At lunchtime, enjoy a barbecue on Kwale Island with seasonal Zanzibar fruits for dessert. You can also try dhow sailing or visit the old baobab tree. After a swim in the warm lagoon, you’ll sail back to Fumba, where your car will take you back to your hotel.

This is a full-day trip on locally constructed sailing dhows, fitted with outboard motors, life jackets, and other security requirements. The dhow anchors in a safe and shallow area to allow for snorkeling. High-quality snorkeling materials are provided, and a large range of sizes is available. Lunch is served on a sandbank or one of the many uninhabited islands in the region. A traditional dish of barbecued fish, and rice. Chilled fruit juice, mineral water, and bottled soft drinks are available throughout the tour. After lunch, clients can sail on an outrigger canoe carved out of a single mango tree, snorkel, and swim or just relax. Return to Fumba is by sail, wind permitting, and clients arrive back at their hotel at about 1730 hrs.
