You will then pick out your soap molds, colors, and essential oils, which will help you release the feel-good hormones called endorphins that help you combat stress and pain. Making herbal soap by yourself is an interesting part of this experience. the most valuable part of this tour is an herbal soaking bath for 90 minutes.

The whole procedure is completely safe even for young children and no specific knowledge is required on the subject. On the contrary, you will find it particularly educative and interesting! Come with me and I will prove to you that you can prepare the purest and healthiest cleaning product, with your own hands. We will use only Extra Virgin Cretan Olive Oil, produced by my family, and totally safe ingredients. At the end you will take your soaps you will have made with your own hands, that will be ready the next day, as a souvenir to remember this unique experience as you take your shower!
