Sup Tours

This plan includes SUP or canoe cruising in Miyara River, a mangrove river designated as a national cultural asset as a natural monument. During the tour, you can observe the magnificent mangrove forest and its inhabitants, and enjoy the relaxing time with nature of Ishigaki. The field is protected by mangrove forests, so the tour is not easily affected by weather conditions and can be held stably. We recommend this course even for beginners. We are life time paddlers, sharing our passion, incorporating fun, learning and awareness of river and its surrounds . Our customers get personal attention and feel very safe and love our tours which are adapted to peoples energy and ability. You will paddle double kayaks up and back down through Kilkenny and see historical buildings which dominate the the City skyline. The tour can include white water paddling over a weir, playing in the rapids if that is of interest. If you prefer to stay dry, that's your choice of course and we do provide over-trousers to keep you pretty dry. If you prefer, one of our guides can paddle the double kayak with you for extra stability to ensure that we maximise your enjoyment and safety. Visual highlights include Kilkenny Castle, The Tholsel, St Francis Abbey, the old home of Smithwick's Brewery and St Canice's Cathedral. Hear about the importance of the Nore to Kilkenny and its milling history for centuries.

In contact with salt water! This experience includes a stand up paddle (SUP) or kayak lesson, an important familiarization with the necessary devices, a small tour and a free ride for a brief maritime exploration. It’s a unique way to get to know some “corners” of one of the 7 natural wonders in Portugal, the Ria Formosa. The experience is aimed at all levels of performance, whether for SUP or kayak. All equipment is included (suit, Lycra, SUP board, paddle or kayak, paddle and vest), as well as sports insurance.

We are going to do a tour with the paddleboards from the Romai-part till the city center. You will have an amazing view from the water with many important sights of Budapest. We'll have a short introduction of paddleboarding, and after we enjoy the nature the sun and the fresh air. You will be able to see the hidden parts of the nature around Budapest and the Danube. It's also perfect activity to meet new people and have nice conversations while paddling.

There are places in Polignano a mare that can be touched and excited only if seen with the Sup because it manages to put you in contact with nature and adventure. We will cross places that only with the Sup you can do, you will take baths and all that only with the Sup you can do. The only way to fully enjoy a unique experience is aboard our Sup

The Benagil caves are something that should be checked off everyone's bucket list. Unfortunately, people think there is only a beautiful cave in Benagil, the most famous one which is Algar de Benagil, the one with the hole in the middle top. We will show you many more, some with hidden and secret beaches, some magical places, only accessible by the sea. Tunnels, arches, caves and cliffs are also included in the tour. Our instructors are all certified, truly ocean lovers and they will guide you through all the way.

Join us in this 2 hours adventure, starting at the Coelha Beach and we make sure it will be a unique experience that you will remember forever!

A small group sailing tour into Zadar arhipelago with stops for a cup of coffe (provided) and lunch (not provided), swimming, snorkelling, standup paddling and surfing……for everlasting memories! We prefer sailing over motoring so everyone can try catching up some wind between islands hopping. Guests can use the boat cabins, toilet and full equipped kitchen with fridge at their own comfort. The cockpit is covered with cushions, bimini top and sprayhood with enough shade. At the bow there are sunbeds for relaxing. SUP board, snorkelling masks, fishing gear and towing ropes provide enough fun for whole day on board.

The SUP tour is a unique experience and allows you to explore the area in an eco-friendly manner. We love the perspective that stand up paddle boarding gives you. It isn't necessary to have any previous experience, during our tour you can pick up a new skill and hopefully a new passion for stand up paddle boarding. It is an easy, safe and fun activity for everyone to get involved with. We welcome family groups, friends and couples to take part in this experience.
