Surf Sup

First we do a teorical class in where we also explain the rules we have to follow while paddling in the river. We will go under the  famous Triana´s Bridge as well as other well known Sevilla´s monuments, we inform the customers about the city and its history. We´ll stop to have a drink in one of the docks of the charming Barrio de Triana. The ones brave enough can enjoy a swim in the river! All the tours are recorded by the instructor who will send the best moments edited in a souvenir video with a lot of photos!!!! Included. Do not worrie if it is your first time. Our boards are for learning and will make the experience fun and easy from the first moment. Duration 2h. Kitesurfing, sup (stand up paddle), surfing and windsurfing are our main activities and passions. Thanks to our instructors we will let you discover, in safety and great fun, these sports through which we will also propose interesting cultural initiatives. Enjoy a day of Paddle Surf on one of the most beautiful coasts in Spain. Like most new sports modalities, its origin is in the United States. This one in particular is set in the 1960s on Hawaii's famous Waikiki Beach, where surf instructors began using longer, more stable boards to photograph their group. Thus, and using canoe paddles, they could move to also check the technique of their pupils and to see in advance the possible risks and the waves that were to come.

A route focused on the history of Seville where we are touring all the points of interest (Seville Tower, Giralda, Puente de Triana, Real Maestranza, Torre del Oro) A route with the same route but making games (races, balance games, etc …) with the BIG SUP and the individual boards along the way The tables are exchanged during the activity so that everyone can try both the BIG SUP and the table alone

During the SUP taster course you will experience the picturesque bay of Morro Jable, the clear turquoise blue water and the white beach from a new perspective. You will see fishes swimming underneath your board and seagulls above you. Of course there is enough time to take a bath in the warm blue water. You will learn stand-up paddling (SUP) under professional guidance from a trained instructor in a small group of max. 4 people.

SUP session is perfect is you want to take a stroll on the ocean, enjoying the Sup lesson and at the same time finding your balance on the board.  The positive energy that comes from sport in contact with nature regenerates and revitalizes the whole organism and the mind, without realizing through breathing we absorb the energetic charge of the elements of nature and all our psychophysical system benefits from it.

Did you get the curiosity to try surfing watching your children but you have never dared? With our courses for adults you will have no excuse. They are carried out under theoretical and practical instruction adapted to the group, with the aim of disconnecting from worries and being in direct contact with nature. We use specific material to guarantee you the experience of standing and surfing a wave.

A small group sailing tour into Zadar arhipelago with stops for a cup of coffe (provided) and lunch (not provided), swimming, snorkelling, standup paddling and surfing……for everlasting memories! We prefer sailing over motoring so everyone can try catching up some wind between islands hopping. Guests can use the boat cabins, toilet and full equipped kitchen with fridge at their own comfort. The cockpit is covered with cushions, bimini top and sprayhood with enough shade. At the bow there are sunbeds for relaxing. SUP board, snorkelling masks, fishing gear and towing ropes provide enough fun for whole day on board.

All necessary equipment is included. -What makes the difference between us and others: stay in the water with customers to help them (unfortunately it is not a common thing but we do it really) -Reduce lesson time, choosing to take a short break and not an hour (with time we have seen that beginners tire easily so we prefer to shorten the time to stay the same hours in the water but with little pause) -Take pictures of the day, if possible, sometimes the instructor stays in the water all the time because he needs to do it, and he can't take pictures, but generally he can, so you can have a memory. -Kindness, passion, patience towards customers (Diego is a person made to teach, you will be enchanted)

At the end of the activity, we return to our starting point.
