Kanazawa is a city famous for their seafood, and locally grown Kaga vegetables. I will teach you how to make temari-sushi using fresh, local ingredients — colorful sushi that will impress your family and friends! You can customize your toppings, and choose ingredients that you love, and I will show you tips and tricks for making instagram-worthy sushi! After we make our own (and take as many photos as possible!) we'll sit down for a sushi lunch, and a mini-tea ceremony afterwards. This experience includes all ingredients and cooking utensils.

Experience Sushi Making Class in Tokyo


After the instructor’s demonstration, you make your own sushi, roll and two side dishes all by yourselves. All of the experiences are prepared to be one of the highlights in this class. No doubt that you will enjoy the class!! You also learn Japanese traditional seasonings and ingredients used in this cooking experience. Please let us know if you cannot eat fish. We will prepare vegetable options. Some memorable pictures are taken during the class and you can get all of them after the class!

In this experience, you can make Toyokawa’s famous "inari sushi" by yourself while getting a taste of Japanese food culture. In the Shogun course, you can wear a Samurai costume and experience making sushi under the guidance of a sushi chef. You can eat rolled sushi and other sushi made by the chef, and participate in a fun "food quiz battle game" to become the Shogun. This immersive experience is not only delicious food journey, but also provides a deep insight into food culture. English-speaking staff also are available, so anyone can participate enjoyably .
