This is a multi-sensory experience, come and enjoy the beautiful views while we take you through the process of farming oysters. Learn about the history of the farm (it's one of the oldest in Ireland). And of course try some of our delicious, fresh, briny oysters. All of our guides have hands on experience working on the farm and will be more then happy to answer any questions you through at them.

Our tasting evening starts with an Extra Virgen Olive Oil tasting. Some of the worlds best varieties from the 2018 shortlist. Then we will taste four typical wines from our region. Inside this family-run grocery store we will pair them with iberian cold cuts and cheeses. Other tasty tidbits will showcase some of the vegetables grown in the fields around Granada, sweet baby broad beans and tasty artichokes. They will definitely get your taste buds going and you will learn more about this undiscovered province.

The tasting of the four wines and their combinations will be presented and served in our equipped and comfortable tasting room, where all our guests, even if spaced and safely, can enjoy a convivial and unique experience! For all those who have particular diets or intolerances, upon notice at the time of booking in the "notes" field, we are able to meet most dietary needs. The price of the tasting includes everything: tasting, water and food pairings. The structure of the Rocca di Montestaffoli does not provide bar service (coffee, tea, soft drinks, spirits, packaged foods, etc.) It is also possible to participate in the tasting with children. Their participation is free. We remind you that by law it is not possible to give alcohol to minors.

This tour will be with one of the four Tribe founders – it is not every day you can sit down with a founder of a Spirits company and ask them all about their experience setting up their business and what they've learned about the craft along the way!

Casa Convite is the only comprehensive space in Oaxaca dedicated to promoting the culture of mezcal, here you will learn to recognize an authentic mezcal. We will start in our Tasting Room, designed for a professional tasting. You will discover the whole process; from agave planting to mezcal certification. We will guide you through high quality artisan mezcales made with rare and wild agaves. At the end of this experience you will be able to identify what a mezcal is, its quality and its manufacturing process.

You will discover and enjoy some of Roatan most visited landmarks and local attraction before making stops in search of tasty delicacies created in local eateries on the Island such as the Chocolate and Rum cake Factory, a local food stand for a mouth-watering light lunch. Once pick up from your cruise terminal you will take a city tour starting out down town Coxen Hole where you will step out walk through the local busy market for you to see some the town old landmark and see what Roatan is all about. You'll also be making other stops for your shopping and photo opportunity. After enjoying your local tour you will make a stop at a food stand for your local lunch. After your Lunch and city tour you will head down to West End Village to visit the chocolate and rum factory and a quick stop to have a chance to stick your feet in the water before heading back to your ship.

You'll also learn what professional tea tasters look for when evaluating tea. By the end of the session, you’ll gain a deeper appreciation for the art and science of this beloved beverage.
