Created as a tribute to the dancer Carmen Amaya, the Tablao de Carmen has been staging its pure flamenco show since 1988. Enjoy the purest flamenco at the Tablao de Carmen, located in the historic district of Barcelona's Pueblo Español. Book your ticket now to see our flamenco dancers, singers and guitarists in a different show every night. Your ticket includes a visit to the Pueblo Español, from 16:00 on the same day of your booking, a special enclave away from the crowds of downtown that for a hundred years has brought together the best of Spanish gastronomy, architecture and craftsmanship. Supper Club & Tasting Menu by Michelin-Trained Chef


A singular culinary experience, Edible Other is a Supper Club dedicated to exploring the French-based, Global-influenced flavors that make Montreal food culture so special. Each dish is personally cooked and narrated by a Michelin-trained Chef. No more than 10 diners in any seating unless a private or corporate booking. Diners can also enjoy historic 1800's architecture in the kitchen loft space. All food allergies, religious needs, and dislikes are accommodated.


Folklore Dinner with Unlimited Drinks 4course Menu


Before the show we will greet you with a mead toasting. After that you will enjoy the traditional show which includes dancing, singing, and a taste of traditional Czech cuisine. You will hear many old songs from the Bohemian and Moravian regions and you can even try to sing with us. We will also teach you how to dance some of the national dances! Mazurka for example, is a hit among our guests. Of course, dancing is not mandatory, so only if you feel like it! Let’s not forget about the food, you will have a chance to choose from our rich menu, for example duck, chicken, pork, vegetarian, halal chicken, semi-kosher, trout and more. Great food is served to you in the middle of the table or as a garden buffet. At the end of the show, together we will sing national songs of your country with the band. Feel free to bring your youngest with you as we will prepare a special children's menu and gifts for them.


7 Courses Teppanyaki Tasting Menu with Fire Show


Take your taste buds on an adventure with a 7-course teppanyaki tasting menu in Reykjavík, Iceland, the land of ice and fire. Be welcomed with a sake cocktail (or a similar drink) and be amazed as your chef performs a volcanic flame show while crafting your meal. Have chance to taste the best of Icelandic ingredients, including the famous Icelandic langoustine (lobster), Icelandic arctic charr (fish), and free-range Icelandic Lamb, grilled on a teppanyaki table. Treat yourself with a meal at the only teppanyaki restaurant in Iceland. Watch a unique teppanyaki-style food tasting show and a welcome sake cocktail. Choose one of our menu wine tastings accompanied by a selection of local products. You will have the opportunity to spend time and taste our wines in the garden independently. The 3 glasses are served with a chopping board of pecorino cheese and sausage, you give information on what they will be drinking and leave the technical data sheets of the wines.

Kitchen has always been the fulcrum of this home, where my family is living since more than 7 generations. I have always been fascinated by my grandmother's ability to prepare awesome dishes from Tuscan tradition, always with few, simple but precious ingredients. That cultural heritage was in danger of disappearing: I spent a lot of time cooking with her, trying to learn her recipes and secrets. In the end, I realized that she had given me a bigger gift: I had assimilated her cooking philosophy! Then, I realized that tradition is not a dusty book but a living thing able also to adapt to new conditions, and even improve. I studied ingredient's seasonality, their sustainable production systems, new cooking techniques, techniques of tasting: almost without realizing it, in the meantime, I became Chef and finally, also Sommelier.
