You can learn how to be a guest for Japanese tea ceremony at Japanese traditional Tatami room while you are eating Wagashi which tea master made. There are some kinds of Wagashi, for example Nerikiri, Gyuhi (mochi), Manjyu and so on. The tea master will choose what kind of Wagashi you will eat depends on the season. You can try mixing the Matcha (green tea) and drink it by your self. Tea master show you about the history of Japanese tea ceremony and also you can ask any questions about tea ceremony.
