The trip known as the ISLAND TOUR is the best day out in Mallorca: ride the Soller train, take a boat along the coastline, visit La Calobra and enjoy a tram ride as you witness Mallorca's beautiful landscapes. Discover the beauty of Mallorca on a full-day sightseeing tour around the western part of the island. Drive along the UNESCO World Heritage-listed Serra de Tramuntana and then cruise along Mallorca’s breathtaking western coastline on a boat ride from La Calobra. Enjoy free time at the popular coastal village of Port Soller, where you can wander around and have lunch. Board the local tram to Soller and explore the village with your guide. Then relax on a vintage wooden train and take in views of Soller Valley's agricultural fields on your way to Son Reus.

We start the Tour Mallorca by train, tram and boat leaving from Palma. After crossing the valley of Lluc by bus, we arrive at the spectacular Sa Calobra Beach and the Torrent of Pareis, where we will enjoy free time for lunch or sunbathe. Then, we will embark on the boat towards the Soller Harbour (in case of bad weather, this part will be done by coach through Puig Major). The journey back to Palma will be done with the vintage Tram from Port of Soller to Soller city and with the vintage Train from Soller city to Palma city. This itinerary can change, depending on travel conditions. Lunch is not included in the price. You can ask for picnic at your hotel or have lunch in one of the restaurants in the Sa Calobra beach area.

During this visit to the Natural Monument of Torrent de Pareis you will be able to contemplate the largest canyon on the island in its maximum splendor. This advanced level route will take you through one of the most wonderful places on the island. After one hour and a half we arrive in s'Entreforc, where the actual Torrent de Pareis starts. Time allowing, we can visit the end of Sa Fosca, and then head to Sa Calobra. You will complete it, jumping, sliding, crawling assisted by your guide. Once at sa Calobra you will enjoy lunch. Be aware that it can be difficult to clamber or to climb down due to slippery surfaces, especially after heavy rain. The guide is there to help you. As you walk along the bottom of the gorge, the scenery is simply breathtaking. Once there, it is overwhelming to feel embraced by billions of years of geological evolution. The hike, while challenging, is quite inspiring and in the end you will become a member of those who managed to go beyond your limits.

You will embarque in a journey through a 3-kilometer dry canyon with vertical walls 200 meters high, formed by the erosive forces of water over millions of years, Torrent de Pareís cuts through the rugged Tramuntana mountain range. The sheer magnitude of the vertical walls and the ruggedness of the cliffs will leave you in awe.

A scenic trip where you will be traveling by land and sea, going through coastal roads, sea sceneries, rural landscapes, villages like Port of Sóller or charming towns such as Sóller. In Sa Calobra, you will be dazzled by its majestic cliffs, crystal clear waters and the scenery at the Torrent the Pareis. From there, you will board a boat and sail along the coast towards Port Soller, the largest natural harbor of the Tramuntana. At Port Soller, you will board a vintage tramway to the village of Soller, just a few kilometers from the port, and considered one of the most beautiful villages in Spain. From there, you will get into a centenary train to return to Palma. Kindly note that this proposal is a scenic tour where the main highlight is the journey itself, especially addressed to those interested in the rides with the Soller tram and train.
