You'll then be taken to a popular farmers' market in the uptown part of Port of Spain at the Queen's Park Savannah. Here you'll have freshly squeezed sugar cane juice, along with the option to purchase many homemade products, including teas, coffee, handicrafts, and so on; all made by local artisans. You'll then be driven to Port of Spain's Central Market where your senses will enjoy the sights, sounds, smells, and tastes (including the sweet juice from a freshly cut coconut) and roti!

A two hour drive along the scenic North Coast past the villages of Maracas & Blanchisseuse will bring us to the starting point of the hike: a tiny village in the remote rainforest. This hike is easy and takes approximately 45 minutes one way. You hike along and inside a shallow river to the most amazing waterfall of approximately 65 ft, with a large plunge pool for bathing. After some relaxing time on the big rocks or a refreshing bath – with a nice head-massage from the falls – you then return to the base. Basic changing facilities are provided. You are then taken to the popular Maracas Beach for a delicious "Bake & Fish" sandwich (not included in cost) and another swim (optional).

There are 8 lines and 3 canopy walks/net bridges – the highest cable is approximately 175 feet up and the longest cable measures about 1000 feet. It takes 45 minutes to 1 hour to glide through the course. Then you can take a refreshing swim at a nearby beach or visit panoramic Fort George (optional).
