This is an authentic night of Irish music, songs, and stories. Immerse yourself in a night of Irish culture and join the fun. There is a lot of audience participation as we teach you about the songs and music of Ireland. This is a listening show and all about the music. We only visit two pubs, so it's not a boozy pub crawl. The pubs are privately booked for the tour so seats are guaranteed and the tour is led by two wonderful Irish musicians who are your guides for the night. The day time experience's are held at my beautiful cosy home in Kilcolgan. I also run some of the experiences at my cafe, Kate's Place, in Oranmore, Orantown centre. In my home, guests enjoy the homely feel of my Irish kitchen. In every experience we always discuss the difference between baking bread long ago, compared to nowadays. I also encourage the use of my fruits and herbs from my garden, where if possible, we avail of seasonal delights.

Classes will be in my home in Roveagh. Working from my home is a different experience, guests can enjoy the homely feel of my kitchen. I can talk them through my herb garden where we can pick vegetables to use in the scones when in season.
