Maison ZEYSSOLFF is one of the few wineries in Alsace with some twenty century-old oak foudres, each with a capacity of 10,000L, still in use for the vinification of its wines. Its greatest curiosity is the ZEYSSOLFF barrel, made in 1897 for the Paris Universal Exhibition (1900). This barrel is still in use today. The immersive experience, with projections on the barrels and sound work, is unique in France. Children are welcome on the tour, which is suitable for all ages. Our estate is farmed organically. Trophée du tourisme Alsace 2021 and Trophée de l'Oenotourisme Atout france 2022.

My name is Jessica, I will accompany you on a visit to the vineyards and cellar. We produce wine for passion, with respect for the environment and continuous search for quality without forgetting the poetry that wine contains. We want to offer our guests a full-immersion experience in the world of oenology, and tasting, with a sensory journey to discover the world of wine from cultivation to aging. You can take a panoramic walk with us in the vineyard, where depending on the season you can actively follow the different processes, to understand how the wine is born in the vineyard, and then continues its life in the cellar from alcoholic fermentation to aging in wood. The experience ends with the tasting of wines paired with local products selected by the best farms. In case of bad weather the experience is carried out entirely indoors The visits start at 11.00 and 16.00, for different needs do not hesitate to contact us!

Our cellar specializes in the sole production of Cartizze: the top-of-the-range line of Prosecco, and our vineyards are organically grown. We offer a guided tasting of our 4 sparkling wines, with detailed sensory analysis, to learn how to taste a wine through a mini sommelier course. After the tasting paired with sweet and savory appetizers, our outdoor tour will allow you to learn about the production and cultivation process by meeting the centenary Cartizze vines, grown organically without chemically synthesized products.

The Champagne vineyards and cellars tour is the perfect way to discover the rich wine heritage of France and the beautiful countryside around Paris during a relaxing day tour. Jump aboard our comfortable van and be ready to discover, learn and taste the symbol of french celebration all day long. From Reims, you will be guided by a friendly and passionate professional Guide or a Sommelier. This animation is reserved for local adventurers! From On arrival at the Domaine participants are invited to discover the soul of our vineyards through a walking tour of about an hour. The opportunity to exchange views of the vineyard’s cultivation practices and enjoy different views from the Grand Cru Mandelberg on the Alsace plain, the Vosges and the medieval cities of Riquewihr and Zellenberg. This epic continues with a visit to our cellar. Between thunderbolts, barrels and stainless steel tanks we will have the opportunity to converse around the winemaking profession as well as the winemaking processes. Finally, the activity concludes with a unique sensitive experience: • First, a workshop on smell invites you to discover the different aromas of wine • In a second stage, a taste workshop awakens your taste buds • Finally, after the effort comfort! We finish this animation with the tasting of 3 wine pairings (toasts and spreads)

We will meet at the Mani Sagge estate in San Pietro di Feletto and I will tell you the history of the company, a family passion for over 100 years. We will see together the pink house of 1600 and the ancient stables of the estate. We will take a walk in the most beautiful paths of the estate, discovering the ancient vineyards and the centenary vineyard. We will admire the UNESCO landscape from the top of the hill, where once there was a castle, with a 360 degree view. From here you will see the vineyards, the Conegliano Castle and the churches of Formeniga, San Pietro and Ogliano. The different types of Prosecco Superiore DOCG and the Pinot Grigio of the company will be offered accompanied by croutons with the suppressed bruschetta, pizzas and cheeses typical of the area. Upon request, we will do our best to adapt the menu according to food intolerances, allergies or specific needs (vegan and / or vegetarian diet). For children and teenagers we will find excellent organic fruit juices.

Discover the family vineyard of Château Haute-Nauve, during a guided walking tour with Marie-Anne or Florent (mother and son). The vineyard has belonged to the same family for 4 generations and is located 3 km south east of the village of Saint Emilion. Previously a member of the Saint Emilion cooperative cellar since the 1930s, in 2009, we decided to become independent and vinify our wine directly at the property.

A slow walk through the vast estate reveals the secrets of the wine production of the "Vini San Lorenzo" winery of Castilenti. In the winery among the vineyards, the ponds and the ancient farmhouses we will enter the wise world of the wine-making process, in balance between ancient traditions and avant-garde techniques. The cellarmen of Casato Prime Donne are all women, including the winemaker, a unique feature in Italy that makes this winery a flag for pink winemaking.
