Since 1873, Château Saint-Georges Cote Pavie has belonged to the same family. Today, the 5th generation manages the property in order to make the most of this magnificent terroir. Saint-Georges Côte Pavie is an exceptional property for the quality of its terroir on the ideal location of the famous hillside of Pavie. The wines produced have always been renowned for their elegance, their finesse and their ability to age. During your visit, you will dive into the heart of the vineyard to discover the exceptional and unique environment of our property. We will also discuss the entire specific vinification process of our wines as well as their aging in our cellar. To end this moment, we will make you taste a selection of three of our best vintages in Saint-Emilion Grand Cru including our Grand Cru Classé!

An immersive wine and art experience in the unique Amarone Venetian Villa and Chateau built between the 1500 and 1700’s at the center of Valpolicella’s history. You will taste the award-winning wines of brothers Giovanni and Guglielmo Bertani, whose family is among the founders of the wine region. Your guide will take you through the splendid neoclassical architecture, frescoed rooms, romantic gardens and the ancient vineyards of the Clos. The visit will continue on to the natural grape drying rooms, the original vinification area of the Amarone Classico Riserva, and down to the monumental ageing cellars with barrels that are over two hundred years old. Each tour will include a seated wine tasting.

Enjoy a morning discovering the Medoc region. Pass by mythical appellations where the majority of Bordeaux’s famous wines are produced. If you like the Cabernet Sauvignon grape, you will love the powerful and well balanced wines of this region!

Depart from the city center of Bordeaux aboard a van to discover Saint-Emilion, its wines, and its history. First, your guide will immerse you in the history of this UNESCO World Heritage site and its historical monuments. You will discover the secrets of this medieval town, which is the birthplace of Bordeaux viticulture. At noon, a visit and tasting of 3 wines will await you in a Château of the appellation. On the menu, a picnic from an artisanal and traditional caterer, who proposes fresh, local and tasty products, as well as charcuterie from the Basque Country and cheese, accompanied by a glass of wine! Afterwards, you will visit a second Château and enjoy a tasting of 2 wines. You will learn more about the specificities of this appellation, including the grape varieties and the winemaking techniques used to create these unique wines. Enjoy a visit of a typical property from Médoc area situated at 12 km from Bordeaux. Visit and wine tasting at three châteaux in the famous villages of Margaux, St Julien, Pauillac or St Estephe. This is the land of the grand impressive châteaux and we will visit three and pass infront of the most famous such as Lafite Rotthschild, Margaux and Latour. The terroir changes as we go up this rather flat landscape which forms a peninsular between the large Gironde Estuary and the Atlantic sea to the left. After a historical introduction, we invite you to discover our vines which are located all around the Château and to share our eco-responsible choices. You will then visit the Château's vat room with its traditional concrete vats and its modern stainless steel vats. You will then enter the 19th century English park to observe and understand the extraordinary architecture of this castle of medieval origin. Visit of the former Guard Room and Justice Room of the Castle located on the ground floor. You will then have the privilege of discovering the interiors of the Château, the lounges decorated with works of art and antique furniture. Comfortably installed in the Grand Salon with its view of the Park, you will then taste 4 of our cuvées paired with 4 chocolates from Maison Henri Desmoulins.
