With more than 100 years of existence, Poças lies in the hands of the 4th generation, being one of the very few Port Wine company that was born Portuguese and still belongs to the same Portuguese family. The Old Tawny Ports have built Poças’ reputation but DOC Douro wines have been proving their own quality over the last 30 years. Recently, Poças received the award of “Fortified wine producer of the year 2018” by the Portuguese magazine “Revista de Vinhos”. Additionally, welcoming about 28 000 visitors per year, our Visitor Center has been also distinguished with the Tripadvisor Certificate of Excellence. We have plenty of different reasons for inviting you to be part of a true family atmosphere, to feel the unforgettable aroma of the noblest wines and to see up close a real day-to-day cellar routine.

We will start about a wine tour of the winery, around 30 minutes, in which we will explain the different process of wine-making of our products. We will go then to wine tasting, in which we will taste our Vin de Pays du Caume & Bandol Wines (Rosé, Red & White wines). 3 Vin de Pays & 3 Bandol Wines will be tasted.

Discover an estate in the heart of the pearls of the Alsatian vineyard through a visit to our cellar and the tasting of our wines, or grape juice for the little ones, accompanied by delicious local products. The activity is also an opportunity to learn more about the profession of independent winemaker and the winemaking process. An authentic experience suitable for everyone: amateurs, families, couples, children… All in a friendly atmosphere.

Visit the museum and country wine tasting. This activity includes a visit to our showrooms and taste of our products. Enjoy 150m2 of exposure of our private collection and remember or learn how our ancestors lived and worked. Finally, you can have a taste of 6 products.

Tasting begins in the wine space. This is followed by a video explaining how Alsace wines are made (suitable for children). Then we visit the cellar, with its wooden barrels over a hundred years old, and you discover our family history through a scenographic space with a 180° immersive video projected onto the barrels: unique in France… Then we continue the tasting in our tearoom area with a "gourmet wine": several glasses paired with sweet and salty treats: cheese, charcuterie, macaroons, gingerbread, fresh fruit and chocolate and fruit coulis. You can also choose not to register the children, and have them choose a snack on the spot! Children can choose directly on the spot! Here you will discover all the wine secrets of one of the oldest wineries in the area. Visit the winery (Volcan Wines) and the wine museum located in Santorini Vothonas on the road to Kamari beach. It is a small family business from the year 1880. Modern machinery replaced by stainless steel, as was natural wooden utensils and tools. This immersion in the heart of our estate will begin with a guided tour of our cellar, to learn more about the stages of winemaking of our wines of Bandol & Mont Caume. Then we will leave for a ride in the heart of the vineyard in Gyropode all terrain, for about twenty minutes. The opportunity to learn more about our different grape varieties, but also to admire our views on the villages of Castellet and Cadière d'Azur. Finally, the activity will conclude with the tasting of our local wines of Mont Caume & Bandol, in the 3 colors. 3 wines from the Pays and 3 wines from Bandol at the Tasting.

Territorio Luthier is enjoying the world of wine in a family winery where we decided long ago that making wine was not the only important thing, but knowing how to enjoy it and transmit it to those who want to enjoy it with us. We do not harvest large quantities of grapes, nor are we bound by the elaboration of specific categories. Just as a luthier patiently creates a musical instrument that delights the senses for many years, we make aging wines that can also be enjoyed over time. Our winery is located in a quiet place surrounded by nature. On the sunniest days we can enjoy the terrace, where the friendly forest dwellers sometimes come to visit us; roe deer, hares or foxes. The Alsace Wine Museum is the gateway to the vineyards and the Alsace Wine Route. Your journey will start on a train to take you through the vineyard. You will discover the cultivation of vines through the seasons, as well as the richness of Alsatian soils that give wines of character: the 7 Alsatian grape varieties. You will then discover the professions around wine in Alsace, with the winemaker and his work in the cellar, the cooper, the glassmaker, the corkmaker, the illustrator or the teacher. A place where you can initiate your senses through an olfactory experience. A place to have fun with your family through a fun route. The oenologist will explain how to taste and discover all the aromas of wine, through a tasting of 3 grape varieties for adults and 3 grape juices for the little ones. The discovery consists of a discovery of the estate as well as a commented and detailed tasting of the emblematic wines of Domaine de Galuval.

A visit to Cockburn's Port Lodge is an experience to remember. Not least because of the quality of the port, you’ll be tasting there, but because it’s a real working lodge where you will be near thousands of oak barrels as well as vats filled with patiently ageing port. You'll enjoy a shared visit and tasting of a few Ports. Experience the aroma of the noblest wines & get a close look at the daily routine of a wine cellar full of life. You’re also likely to bump into some of the people who are responsible for making it, work like a team of in-house coopers – one of the last in the port trade.

Discovery of Clos Triguedina, emblematic domain of the Cahors Appellation since 1830, and its wide range of wines

After a historical introduction, we invite you to discover our vines which are located all around the Château and to share our eco-responsible choices. You will then visit the Château's vat room with its traditional concrete vats and its modern stainless steel vats. You will then enter the 19th century English park to observe and understand the extraordinary architecture of this castle of medieval origin. Visit of the former Guard Room and Justice Room of the Castle located on the ground floor. You will then have the privilege of discovering the interiors of the Château, the lounges decorated with works of art and antique furniture. Comfortably installed in the Grand Salon with its view of the Park, you will then taste 4 of our cuvées paired with 4 chocolates from Maison Henri Desmoulins.
