Have you ever looked at a beautifully woven item and thought, “I wish I could create something like that?” then this class is for you.
First we will start with an introduction to the Moroccan artisanal and especially the wool while drinking a mint tea and having local cookies.
Then you’ll practice in a traditional Moroccan loom with a the professional and friendly Maalem for 30 minutes to learn basic weaving terminology and techniques. Even you can spend more time with us if you want to make your own tissue and taking it back home.
Please note that a piece of 1 m² takes about 4 hours to be made. Normally the activity takes about an hour and a half depends on the guests needs.
