Entering the cave through native bushland along a gently sloping boardwalk, visitors can explore the natural time capsule at their own pace. The cave once contained over 10,000 fossils, many of which were the remains of long-extinct giant animals known as Australian Megafauna. Visitors can even view a 50,000-year-old 'zygomaturus' jawbone embedded in the cave wall. After exploring the cave, visitors can take an optional bushwalk back to the guide's station and enjoy the magnificent marri and karri forest surrounding the cave.
