Mammoth Cave self-guided tours allow visitors to explore by themselves, while listening to an informative 'audio tour' available in English, French, German, Malay, or Mandarin. This is the easiest of the caves to tour, with the first chamber accessible by wheelchair. Entering the cave through native bushland along a gently sloping boardwalk, visitors can explore the natural time capsule at their own pace. The cave once contained over 10,000 fossils, many of which were the remains of long-extinct giant animals known as Australian Megafauna. Visitors can even view a 50,000-year-old 'zygomaturus' jawbone embedded in the cave wall. After exploring the cave, visitors can take an optional bushwalk back to the guide's station and enjoy the magnificent marri and karri forest surrounding the cave.

Rottnest Island is widely regarded as one of Western Australia’s treasures, with numerous white sandy beaches, secluded bays, abundant wildlife and fascinating history. Hop on the ferry from Perth to Rottnest Island and enjoy free time to explore the coast, walking trails, car-free roads and historical sites at leisure, before returning on the afternoon ferry to the mainland.
