We know how to skip the long lines at each venue to ensure you make the best use of the time. By having your own vehicle all day we can also stop whenever you need for breaks or to just grab that stunning countryside photo you spot! After catching the changing of the guard we can wander along the north terrace at front where one can see Eton college across the Thames. On our return to the car we will check out some of the more charming aspects of the old town of Windsor.

Join us on a wonderful half day private tour to the famous Windsor Castle. We will pick you up from wherever you are staying in your own private large tour vehicle with your own driver/guide. We will take a short 1 hour 15 min drive to reach the castle. Along the way our driver will delight you with stories on the castle the King and the Royal family. They will escort you up to the castle entrance. The guide will tell you exactly how to do the castle and what to see and when inside. Note they do not guide inside any part of a Windsor Castle including the grounds. You then self guide with the castles audio guide for the state apartments, doll house and chapel. You will have 3 hours to explore the castle which is plenty of time. Then take 1 hour to explore the town of Windsor for some shopping or a meal in a pub. The guide will then collect you in the vehicle and drive you through the stunning village of Eton on the way back to your hotel. Total driving time is around 2.5 hours.

Windsor Castle and Windsor is well worth visit. If the timings work out it's definitely worth getting there for 10.45am to see the changing the guard on Thursday & Saturday.
