The 'other side of the river' is something heard every day in Porto, especially among locals. But likely few visitors know what lays beyond the wine caves along the riverside. On this tour, we showcase a non-touristy area full of homemade cuisine and alive with local culture. We'll walk through the winding, narrow streets of Gaia, visit the oldest winery in Portugal founded by King Joseph I and the Marques of Pombal, and discover both “classic” Porto food, such as the francesinha, as well as local secrets like alheira. Each tasting will be paired with local wine or beer. While enjoying the stroll and tastings, you will learn about both Portuguese and regional history, not only from our guide but from the locals that adore to talk and share their experiences, all the while getting the best views over the city of Porto. Khor Virap Monastery is located about an hour’s drive from Yerevan and offers stunning views of Armenia’s iconic symbol, the majestic Mount Ararat. The name Khor Virap means "deep dungeon," as it was built on the site of a former royal prison in historic Artashat. This monastery is one of the holiest places for Armenians worldwide. The tour also includes a visit to Areni Cave, also known as Bird’s Cave. In 2008, archaeologists unearthed some of the world’s oldest artifacts here, including a leather shoe and an ancient winery. Another highlight is Noravank, a treasure of medieval Armenian architecture, perched amid the breathtaking brick-red cliffs at the end of the Gnishik Canyon. You’ll conclude your day in the picturesque village of Areni, renowned for its winemaking tradition. Here, you can tour a local winery and sample a selection of fine Armenian wines, including the famous Areni variety.

For real wine lovers, This is a wine tasting experience hosted by a Sommelier. This tour offers you an exclusive wine tasting in a Medieval cave dating back to Etruscan period, 600 BC. This place is private and the only one accessible to public. Here you will have one of a kind experience tasting the best wines selection from Sienna's region. This immersion in the heart of our estate will begin with a guided tour of our cellar, to learn more about the stages of winemaking of our wines of Bandol & Mont Caume. Then we will leave for a ride in the heart of the vineyard in Gyropode all terrain, for about twenty minutes. The opportunity to learn more about our different grape varieties, but also to admire our views on the villages of Castellet and Cadière d'Azur. Finally, the activity will conclude with the tasting of our local wines of Mont Caume & Bandol, in the 3 colors. 3 wines from the Pays and 3 wines from Bandol at the Tasting.

After visiting Cave Abandoned Sanatoriums opens it's path for our mystical Journey. For wine tasting we will head to our Family Winery – Nikoladze WineHouse , located 30 minutes away from Kutaisi. We will taste 4 kinds of wine and 2 kinds of Chacha (local vodka). Winemaker will introduce winemaking technology, process of wine fermentation and different tools used in producing the Sacred drink of Georgians. As a snack, different kinds of cheese with Georgian bread or homemade khachapuri could be offered.

Officially voted the “most beautiful cave in the world”, our half day Benagil boat trip takes you along the stunning coastline and award winning beaches including the famous Falésia beach to the impressive Benagil cave and any others that the tides allow us to see on board our motor catamaran Puma or Lince.
