Wine Experience

Take part in this experience and discover our farmhouse and our winery. We will start by visiting our Moscato di Trani vineyard a few steps from the property. We will present the peculiar characteristics and history of Apulian viticulture in the Itria Valley. At the end we will taste 4 of our wines and we will tell you their story and how they were born: – "Terra Viva", still red wine of Nero di Troia, IGP Puglia 13% vol .; – "Pietra Viva", still white wine from Verdeca, IGP Valle d'Itria 12% vol .; – "1 ° Luglio", still rosé wine from Nero di Troia grapes, IGP Puglia 12.5% vol .; – "Pietro 60", still dry white wine from Moscato di Trani grapes, IGP Puglia 12.5% vol. We will accompany everything with a taste of our products homemade. We are waiting for you in our farmhouse, we are waiting for you at Trulli il Castagno!

We’re proud of our work and happy to show it off at Between The Lines Winery & Vineyard. Follow the journey from Grape to Glass in a safe & refreshing experience. We'll tell you all about the history of Between the Lines Winery, you'll get a crash course on the vine itself & learn what it takes to grow the grapes from dormancy to harvest. Next, you'll head to the cellar where you'll learn about our winemaking process from fruit selection to fermentation. This experience is approximately 45 minutes and four wine tastings are included. Between the Lines Winery does not provide transportation. Arrive at the winery at your reservation start time.

The Cesani family and our staff are pleased to welcome you to Pancole, just 5km from the historic center of San Gimignano, where you will have the opportunity to sit down and taste the company's products presented with competence and passion, and thus have the opportunity to know the history, the production process and the organoleptic characteristics of all the products that the Cesani family offers. The tasting includes 5 wines of our production (2 Vernaccia di San Gimignano, 3 Red Wines) and our extra-virgin olive oil. The type of wines offered may vary according to availability. A taste of pecorino and other traditional goodies will accompany the wine presented. The Amarone 2005 tasting is an interesting experience because it allows you to taste an old vintage of Amarone to compare with the current sales vintage. In addition to the amarone you will wine Sin Cero a wine without added sulphites, our valpolicella classico (Iperico), our valpolicella classico superiore (iltabarro), our valpolicella classico superiore ripasso and the Morar Amarone DOC 2010 Bio. The whole cellar is certified organic and in the vineyard is managed biodynamically. It will be explained what it means and why it is important to have a respectful attitude of the vineyards and the environment.
