The experience is super relaxed, we start by sitting down and tasting a little bit of Portugal, while I give a brief explanation of what we're going to cook. Cooking while hungry is a bad policy. When we're ready, we put on our aprons and start the teamwork, under my guidance. Some of the ingredients are from my backyard, and I'll take you to see what they are… As we prepare the food, I'll tell some stories about the origins of the ingredients to be used. In the end, we set the table and sat down to savor all the dishes we've prepared. IMPORTANT: If you have any food allergies or follow a specific diet (vegetarian, paleo, vegan, etc …) let me know as soon as possible so we can prepare in advance all the ingredients needed.

This is a tour designed for wine lovers, that wish to learn more about Salento wines, their production, culture and traditions. You will visit two Wineries with tasting of excellent Salento wines such as Primitivo and Negroamaro. The tour also includes a lunch with typical dishes.

The homemade pasta course allows you to learn the production techniques of orecchiette and sagne, typical Apulian pasta, with a real professional cook. The course will take place in a beautiful 1400s courtyard, in the heart of the center of Lecce. Arriving at the mill in a comfortable courtesy car, you will meet the staff who will take you on a sensational tour. The tour will pass in front of all five villages (the Cinque Terre), with time to stop and take magnificent photos, a unique opportunity to swim in our turquoise sea and to discover and explore our famous small inaccessible coves. To finish on board of our boat we will offer a tasting of our famous “Cinque Terre Pesto” and our Focaccia, Acqua Beer and local wine available on board included. After visiting the property and the old cellar, the experience goes on with the tasting of 3 of our wines, paired with a typical “tagliere” made just by the local and high-quality products. A simple and pleasant way to understand our story and enjoy the classical tastes of Tuscany. One of the wines will be for sure the main of the region: Vino Nobile di Montepulciano DOCG, one of the most representative manifestations of Sangiovese grape variety.

The tasting at Cantalici is a way to immerse yourself in a family atmosphere to discover typical wines of the Chianti Classico production area, an experience that allows you to rediscover ancient flavors and the love for creating a product that contains the history of an entire family. You have the possibility to taking a guided tour in the vinification area and aging cellar with explanation of production processes, history and company philosophy. Not just wine! The guided tour leads to the discovery of an ancient brick kiln dating back to the early 1500s – past, present and future! It ends with the tasting of 6 wines, accompanied by a dish with typical local products: Cheeses, mixed Tuscan cold cuts, Crostini and Bruschette…come to discover a perfect combination between food and wine!
