This small-group tour is a fantastic way to observe wildlife as well as take in Grand Teton's beauty and Yellowstone’s numerous geyser basins.
We will be making stops at Oxbow Bend, Old Faithful geyser, Yellowstone Lake, Hayden Valley, Fountain Paint Pots and Mud Pots, West Thumb Geyser Basin, the Lower Falls of the Grand Canyon of Yellowstone, as well as several other geyser basins. Yellowstone National Park’s rich history, geology, wildfires and wildlife will be discussed in detail throughout the tour.
Wildlife that is often observed on this tour are bison, grizzly bears, black bears, wolves, moose, elk, eagles, mule deer, pronghorn, and coyotes.
We will offer many stops throughout the tour for guests to get out of the vehicle and observe the different wildlife viewing opportunities with the binoculars and scope that we provide, and to walk the various boardwalks we stop at.
This tour will include a picnic style lunch that will be served by your guide.

For the Summer Tour which starts approximately 4/20 every year from Bozeman we will enter the park either thru the North or West entrance. We do our best to see most/all of the iconic spots of Yellowstone which include, Old Faithful, Yellowstone Lake, Hayden Valley, the Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone, at least two geyser basins, Calcite Springs and Mammoth Hot Springs. We will stop for wildlife viewing and lunch(included). If you have any questions or concerns for the day please reach out thru the website or call. Our Winter and Summer Safaris are led by a wildlife biologist with years of experience guiding in Yellowstone. During the Winter we will focus on wolf watching, viewing moose, bison, elk, coyote, etc.
We will depart your accommodations and head towards Yellowstone’s northern range, undoubtedly one of the prime wildlife viewing spots in the world, it harbors impressive bison herds, wolf packs, and meandering bears. Visitors are likely to depart from the park’s northern lands with at least one, if not more, checks on their wildlife card. Wild and pristine. When thinking about Yellowstone, a vast and amazing back-country, large carnivores, bison herds, iconic geysers, and geothermal features fill the imagination.
Weather permitting we will stop to take fun family friendly hike or two to a secluded lake or waterfall. Mid way through the tour we will stop for lunch at a scenic area.
Time permitting we will walk the boardwalks of Mammoth Hot Springs.
