Our time together begins with a flight departing from Toronto and New York simultaneously. The glare of the warm sun fills our spirit we are suddenly cocooned between the healing vibes of the crystal coral Caribbean sea. The next glorious eight days of your life ensue.
One class is held on catamaran, the other in a cave, the last at the spa. And to cap it, a glorious evening at the Cliff, my personal favorite for 22 years now and the top 20 restaurants in the world.
