We meet at 9:00 AM at the agreed meeting point and then we leave for the Jamao Norte mountains, approximately 40 minutes driving, depending on where we leave.
Then we arrive at the starting point to go down to the river that will be a journey of approximately 3 hours depending on how fast you are.
I know it sounds like a long time, but don’t worry, it will be 3 hours of fun, jumping off rocks and swimming through turquoise waters.
After the tour, a typical Dominican meal will be waiting for us. We eat at the house of one of the locals and spend time with them.
After lunch we return to the original meeting point and on the way there, we stop to buy very cold Presidente beers that everyone loves.
