What to Expect When Visiting Five Islands Village, Saint John Parish, Caribbean

Once you have confirmed your booking with us, please print or have on your mobile device confirmation/ticket on arrival to provide to the representative so that he/she may assist.
Flight Tracking: We track the flight for all its arriving guests. If your flight is delayed, don’t worry, we will not leave.
On arrival at the V. C. Bird International Airport in Antigua, after clearing Customs/Immigration, collect your luggage at the baggage claim and then locate our representative waiting for you outside the baggage claim/customs area to greet you. If you do not spot the representative outside the baggage claim/customs area, continue to proceed outside to the curb through door 5 or 6, cross the Pedestrian Crossing to the tour desk area.
Once in the tour desk area, make a right and look for the company logo. It is at the far right end. Once you’re checked in and board your transfer, it is about 30-40 drive to the Royalton Antigua Resort
For Departure, a guest voucher will be sent to the resort at least 24 hours prior to the day of guest departure. Guest can contact the front desk about the pickup time for their return transfer. If the front desk did not receive the notification, please ask the front desk or guest services about contacting us to confirm the pickup time. Please note that the new airport
regulations require that all passengers check-in 2 hours prior to the flight departure.
