Itinerary
You’ll enjoy a 75-minute outdoor guided practice that includes breath work, postures, guided relaxation and meditation. Arrive 10 minutes before to appreciate the beautiful environment in with this class takes place.
Classes are suitable for all level practitioners and are in English with Spanish or French translation. Yoga mats and props available.
