This 7 course contemporary Indian meal is designed for you to enjoy exotic flavors of India with the use of authentic Indian as well as modern techniques and western ingredients at times.
During this private chef tasting menu experience, you will enjoy the 7 course contemporary Indian meal from the comfort of your vacation rental or your airbnb.
I bring all the supplies in order to prepare the meal at your place.
You will need to have a well equipped kitchen, and a great spirit to enjoy food.
After the meal is done, we leave everything cleaned up in your kitchen so that you don’t have to focus on cleaning afterwards.
Depending upon your group size, there are a few people in my team who will join me.

Sample Menu
• Salaad – Arugula, goat cheese, berries, washed in royal cumin, sesame, honey dressing.
• Calamari Pakora – Fried Calamari, gluten free chick pea batter. Served with tamarind chutney.
• Achari Sea Bass – Sea bass cooked in organic achari masala, fenugreek leaves butter, cherry tomatoes.
• Desi Jhinga – Jumbo shrimp served with peanut sauce, tortilla chips.
• Rangili Ceviche – Tuna curved in cilantro, mint, spring onion, indian masalas, avocado. Served on sticky rice cake.
• Kasturi Murg – Organic Chicken breast marinated with cashew, onion, dry fenugreek leaves, achiote. Served with beet root.
• Gohst Sope – Organic Lamb, slow cooked Kashmiri style. Served on thick Mexican tortilla.
• Kheer – My grandma’s rice pudding. Served with dulce de leche and dates.
