Stop At: Blue River Hot Springs Eco-Adventure Tours, Rincon de La Vieja 21306 Costa Rica
Horseback ride or on foot through the rain forest to reach Cathedral Waterfalls, an amazing site on the blue river, Rio Azul. Walk along a bridge parallel to the river and swim in the special mineral waters (conditions permitting).

While travelling to Rincon de la Vieja National Park’s north (Caribbean side), the geography transforms into a lush rain forest with views of mountain ranges. We will pass by a windmill farm, blue rivers, locals on horseback and views of the smoking volcano crater in the park.
