A walking tour through Heritage Village gives you the opportunity to have a more intimate experience with the natives and immerse yourself in the Bahamian culture. Each stop provides you a glimpse into the British influence on the island and how Bahamians are creating their own identity as an independent country.
Meet at Bay Street and take a 10 minute walk to Heritage Village where you can stop at the following locations:
– Art Gallery
– Governor’s House
– Smuggler’s Pirate Museum
– St. Francis Cathedral
– Conch Salad Lesson
After eating your conch salad creation, walk back to Bay street to end the tour.
