- Not recommended for travelers with spinal injuries

- Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness

- Children must be accompanied by an adult
- Driver must be 18 years old (minimum). There is no age restrictions on being a passenger.
- Pregnant women are not allowed to take part in this tour.
- Zigzag or passing other buggies is not allowed for safety reasons.
- Don’t go inside the water if you don’t know how to swim.
- Please be ready and waiting in your hotel lobby 5 minutes prior to your scheduled pick up time.
- All buggies have an automatic transmission so there’s no need to shift.
