Let the water cascade on you and swim and splash around, Suitable for all ages. We pick you up from your hotel by safari truck driving up the old mountain road connecting Puerto Plata with Santiago which slowly climbs and meanders up the mountains with hair spin bends and fantastic views over the ocean, passing by small wooden farmhouses painted in pink and blue with coconut palm trees everywhere, deep green rivers and tropical flowers. Having arrived in the mountains we start with a walk of about 40 minutes through fields and riverbeds and then we get to the most beautiful crystal clear waterfall hidden between the rocks. Yes the water is cold but there is nothing better when it’s hot! It is so refreshing! Drinking water is provided.
