San Jose Trip Overview
We will take you on a step by step journey to the heart of radiant nature and then step by step back into your daily life. you will not be the same after visiting Zarcero and its vegetable scultures, followd by a hike along the río toro and its numerous waterfalls including Las Gemelas (the twins).
You will have all the time you need for pictures, breathing in the scenery and reconnecting. Zarcero is a beautiful town very popular with locals, and it has a gorgeous park with a peculiar story: It is full of living sculptures shaped like animals and fun creatures, crafted in 1960 and a famous spot ever since.

Stop At: Cataratas Las Gemelas, 7P3Q+9QC, Alajuela Province, Valverde Vega, Costa Rica
The twins are water, nature, space and wonder, in a perfect ratio you have never seen before.
Words can only take you so far, the Twins are something you must meet in person.

relax after a long day of hiking and marvelling at the hot springs, where you can relax, enjoy the warm waters from Arenal Volcano. They are rich in minerals and beneficial for both skin and health. You can rest there until you feel ready to return to your hotel or Airbnb.
