Itinerary
Day 1: ARRIVE IN SAN JOSE
Stop At: San Jose, San Jose, San Jose Metro, Province of San Jose
Arrival to the International Airport Juan Santamaria. Upon arrival at the San Jose airport, you will be met by one of our representatives how will explain your itinerary, answer any questions and provide you with a package of vouchers and information about your trip. Transfer to your hotel Radisson and free time at leisure.

Day 2: SAN JOSE CITY TOUR
Stop At: San Jose, San Jose, San Jose Metro, Province of San Jose
Explore our Capital City, San Jose, with a professional guide on this Bus & Walking unique tour. Starting with a 9:00 AM Pick Up directly from your hotel, you will be able to learn about our culture, architecture, customs and traditions. Touring the main Streets and Avenues, know Parque Metropolitano La Sabana, the largest park in the middle of the city where many sport activities can be practice for free now, but in the past, was the main international airport of Costa Rica. This beloved place by the Costa Ricans, houses important attractions such as The Costa Rican Art Museum and former Control Tower of the airport, The Headquarter of the Costa Rican Soccer Federation, The National Gym, The Olympic Swimming Pool, The National Stadium, a Lake and many soccer, basketball and tennis courses for the free use of the citizens.
Visit the National Teather, National Museum and enjoy a delicious lunch before to return to your hotel. Free time at leisure for explore more about this city.

Day 3: IRAZU VOLCANO NATIONAL PARK
Stop At: Irazu Volcano National Park, Costa Rica
You will be heading to Cartago Province, about 1-hour drive from San Jose.
Irazú Volcano is a National Park in the Central Volcanic Conservation Area of Costa Rica. The volcano is still active although the last major eruptions were between 1963 and 1965, with occasional minor eruptions and some small lava flows since that time. With our professional tour guide you will be able to explore the park and walk to the main lookout point.
The Crater Principal lake has an unusual greenish yellow coloring caused by rainfall dissolving the minerals along the crater’s walls. It has also been known to change color to rust-red depending on the minerals present.
After an exciting tour at the volcano, we will descend to the historical city of Cartago. Here you will visit the mysterious ruins of the old Parish and view the beautiful Basilica of our “Virgen de los Angeles” with rich displays of carvings, statues and art.

Day 4: ARENAL VOLCANO
Stop At: Arenal Volcano National Park, Arenal Volcano National Park, Province of Alajuela
Breakfast at your hotel and drive to the beautiful Arenal Volcano area and Fortuna Town. Upon arrival, check in at Hotel La Pradera or similar. In the afternoon, you can visit Arenal Volcano National Park and the Hot Springs.

Day 5: ARENAL VOLCANO TO MANUEL ANTONIO BEACHES
