Welcome to San José, Costa Rica.
Reception at Juan Santamaría airport and transfer to hotel in San José.
The capital of San José is located in the middle of the Central Valley and in the center of the country, considered one of the most cosmopolitan cities in Latin America. The city is located in a strategic point near the main tourist attractions such as: historical buildings, museums, theaters, artisan markets, beautiful parks, shopping centers and offers a varied gastronomic offer.

Day 2: SAN JOSÉ – PACUARE (2.40 HOURS APPROX.) 122 KMS
Stop At: Pacuare River, Pacuare River, Province of Limon
Departure in the morning where you will cross the Braulio Carrillo National Park, which is the largest in the central region. Enjoy a typical Costa Rican breakfast en route.
Later you will arrive at the put-in of the Pacuare River, classified among the 10 best rivers in the world, for the natural beauty it offers and the tropical climate that provides the perfect conditions. I continued with an exciting adventure in the whitewater of the river for about 1.5 hours. Lunch at the lodge or by the river. Upon arrival at the lodge, take a walk on the quiet trails or simply relax in your room.

Day 3: PACUARE
Stop At: Pacuare River, Pacuare River, Province of Limon
Today you will wake up listening to the song of the birds and the relaxing sound of the river among the lush and virgin forest. This day you will have the opportunity to take a long walk of two and a half hours, between mountains to visit a Cabecar indigenous reserve. Later you will return to the lodge for a delicious lunch.

Day 4: PACUARE– ARENAL VOLCANO (6 HOURS APPROX.) 174KMS
Stop At: Arenal Volcano National Park, Arenal Volcano National Park, Province of Alajuela
Begin this day with the incomparable adventure of rafting down the Pacuare River, descending class 3 and 4 rapids through a spectacular rainforest gorge to its end in the city of Siquirres.
Then transfer to the Northern Plains, where the impressive and conical Arenal Volcano awaits you, one of the natural wonders of the country for its majesty. Along the way and until you reach La Fortuna town, you will be able to appreciate agricultural plantations, ornamental plants and cattle farms.

Day 5: ARENAL VOLCANO
Stop At: Arenal Volcano National Park, Arenal Volcano National Park, Province of Alajuela
This day you will enjoy a canyoning tour, which is one of the most extreme adventures offered in Arenal. This tour begins with a rappel along the edge of a thunderous 140-foot waterfall. When you reach the bottom, you will have to jump and swim to shore. You’ll take on a series of cliff jumps ranging from a 10-foot technical jump to a 30-foot jump from another waterfall. You will have the opportunity to swim, float, descend, walk, and maneuver through this secluded and exclusive canyon.

Day 6: VOLCANO ARENAL – MONTEVERDE (3.5 HOURS APPROX.) 120 KMS

Day 7: GREEN MOUNT

Your tour will start by cable car aboard an open-air gondola from the base to the highest point of the mountain, this tour is perfect for people who want a different approach to admire nature, without much physical effort, but still being in the place where nature exhibits all its magic you will come to an observation area to admire the fantastic views of the surrounding forests.
