What to expect During this tour?

Explore the bauxite mining town of Linden that is also the second largest city after Georgetown. Its known as the gateway to the Rupununi and many mining towns and has the most interesting people. Visit the Blue Lake, Christainburg Waterwheel, Bauxite Mining Plant and Linden Museum (once open) and many different attractions. Enjoy a lovely meal either at our street food vendors or Watooka Guests house overlooking the Demerara River. Enjoy a scenic 4-hour round-trip drive between Georgetown and Linden, with approximately 4 hours for the guided tour.
