Next, swim in the natural pools at YS Falls with the option to Zip Line to see the full beauty of nature. Cruise down the Black River in a pontoon boat to see the crocodiles, or sail out to Floyd’s Pelican Bar, a tiny driftwood bar stilted over a sandbar a quarter of a mile out in the sea. NOTE: Entrance fees are not included. YS Falls is closed on Mondays, and Appleton Rum Tour is closed on Sunday & Monday.

The tour moves outside to the beautifully landscaped grounds where they take a multi-sensory journey from cane to cocktail and discover how they have crafted the Appleton Estate Rums since 1749, including visits to the distillery and aging house and a guided tasting of three Appleton Estate Rums. The Pelican Bar is built on sand dunes about a 20-minute boat ride from the mainland. It is made of driftwood and offers a memorable experience with stunning views and great food. You can swim or snorkel in the shallow waters, and play a round or two of dominoes. Top it off with a cold Red Stripe Beer It is known as “the coolest bar in the Caribbean”.
